Returns & Exchanges

At MATE the Label, we want you to love your sustainable essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original compostable mailer or a recycled box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
